3. Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. The counter-notice should include:

The signature must be either electronically or in person.

Identification of the object that has been taken away or access to which was blocked. Also, the site where it was located prior to removal.

A declaration in perjury under penalty that you have the conviction that you are of good faith that the material was deleted due to error or an error in identification.

Your name, address, contact number, and email address. Also, the declaration that you have consented to the authority that is the Federal District Court for the district where your residence is (e.g, located in New York, NY), and that you are willing to acknowledge service of process from that person who issued the takedown notice in its original form.

Counter-notices are to be made out to the Designated Agent that was mentioned above.

4. Repeat Infringers Policy

 Auto Source is able to end users' accounts and access to the platform to repeat violators. We keep a log of DMCA warnings and treat any infraction very seriously in order to maintain the protection of intellectual property on our site.

5. False Claims Warning

In the event of submitting a misleading or false DMCA Notice or Counter-Notice could result in legal penalties. In accordance with the DMCA's Section 512(f) the you could be held accountable for damages if you intentionally misrepresent the content or activities as violating.
