You have 14  days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items. Please ensure your item meets our return conditions below.

How to Initiate a Return

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original, sellable condition
  • Include all original tags, dust bags, and packaging

Please note: We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Custom or personalised products

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable postal service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

You are entitled to a refund or replacement if an item:

  • Has a major fault
  • Is significantly different from its description or sample
  • Is not fit for purpose

To request a return for a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage or issue
  • A brief description of the problem

If approved, we’ll cover the return shipping cost and offer you a refund, repair, or replacement at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to post the refund.

Exchanges
